HOST YOUR MEETINGS, FUNCTIONS OR WEDDINGS AT WEYMOUTH
In addition to renting the Weymouth Center for weddings, we have rooms available for business meetings, parties, functions, fundraisers, recitals, workshops, classes, etc. The advantage of hosting your meetings or events here is the privacy, the quiet and the beauty of Boyd House. MEETINGS/SEMINARS/WORKSHOPS

Great Room
Capacity: 100 seated theater style, 163 standing, 66 seated at tables
$250 (1/2 day) or $500 per day + $200 refundable security deposit

Conference Room
Capacity: 30
$150 (2 hours) or $300 per day + $100 refundable security deposit

MUSIC RECITALS
$250 + $100 refundable security deposit.

WEDDINGS AND RECEPTIONS
First floor (with kitchen for caterer use) and grounds.
Upstairs conference room may be used as a dressing room.
Fees include rehearsal run-through (not a dinner).

WEDDING AND RECEPTION:  $3,500.00

+ A $500.00 refundable security deposit

RECEPTION ONLY:  $3,000.00 

+ A $500.00 refundable security deposit

*PLEASE NOTE:  Guests and caterers are required to vacate Boyd House and the grounds by 11:30pm.  If they do not comply, or if the House is left in an unsightly condition (to be determined by the Property Manager), the ENTIRE security deposit will be retained.

WEDDING ONLY:  $1,000.00

+ A $200.00 refundable security deposit

TENT GROUNDS FEE:   $200.00 for a tent that is under 500sf

                                             $300.00 for a tent that is over 500sf

FEDERAL HOLIDAY WEEKENDS:       Only if the Property Manager is available

$3,800.00 plus a refundable security deposit of $500.00 for a wedding and reception
$1,500.00 plus a refundable security deposit of $200.00 for a wedding only

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY:
A bride, who is having her wedding at Weymouth, can have her photographs taken at Weymouth for no additional cost.  A photographer can use the gardens for $150, and the house for $200.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY:
Dates can be held for 2 weeks without a signed contract or payment of deposits.
50% of the rental fee & the refundable security deposit are due when the contract is signed.
Balance of the rental fee is due one month before the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
$100 non-refundable processing fee is to be paid if the event is cancelled (to be deducted from the security deposit).

If the event is cancelled without a 30-day notice, 100% of the security deposit is forfeited.
