HOST YOUR MEETINGS, FUNCTIONS OR WEDDINGS AT WEYMOUTH

In addition to renting out Weymouth Center for weddings, we have rooms available to rent for business meetings, parties, functions, fundraisers, recitals, workshops, classes, etc. The advantage of hosting your meetings or events here is the privacy, the quiet and the beauty. Where else can you wander through such gorgeous gardens or browse through the North Carolina Literary Hall of Fame during a break? Please do consider us and help us spread the word. Every source of income helps to ensure the survival of Weymouth Center.

MEETINGS/SEMINARS/WORKSHOPS:Great Room
Capacity: 100 seated theater style, 163 standing, 66 seated at tables.
$200 half day or $400 per day + $200 refundable security deposit

Conference Room or Dining Room:

Capacity: 30
$75 (2 hours) or $200 per day + $100 refundable security deposit

SOCIAL FUNCTIONS:

First floor and grounds
Under 75 people:  $600 + $200 refundable security deposit
Over 75 people:    $900 + $200 refundable security deposit
Over 150 people:  $500 refundable security deposit

MUSIC RECITALS:$200 + $100 refundable security deposit.

WEDDINGS/RECEPTIONS:
First floor (with kitchen for caterer use) and grounds.
Upstairs conference room may be used as dressing room.
Fees include rehearsal run-through.

Wedding and Reception:  $2,700 + refundable $500 security deposit

Reception Only:  $2,700 + refundable $500 security deposit

PLEASE NOTE:  Guests are required to vacate Boyd House and grounds by 11:30 pm.  If they do not comply, or if the House is left in an unsightly condition (to be determined by our Property Manager), the ENTIRE security deposit will be retained by Weymouth.

Wedding only:  $800 + A $200 refundable security deposit

Tent Ground Fee:  $200 for a tent that is under 500 sf
                                 $300 for a tent that is over 500 sf

Federal Holiday Weekends: (only if our property manager is available)               $3,200 + a refundable $500 security deposit

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
Dates will be held for 2 weeks without a signed contract or payment of deposits.
50% of rental fee & refundable security deposit due when contract is signed.
Balance of rental fee due 1 month before event.

CANCELLATION POLICY
$100 non-refundable processing fee due if event is cancelled. (To be deducted from security deposit).
If event is cancelled without a 30-day notice, 100% of the security deposit is forfeited.
